For companies that want to plan and manage their external recruitment costs we offer a complete retained service which we call Grow. This is particularly useful for start-ups that made need to scale rapidly and can’t afford financial uncertainty. For a monthly fee Ellison Coast will fill as many vacancies as you require.
The fee scales based on the number of vacancies we fill over a 12-month period and then resets to the base fee level again at the beginning of the next 12-month period, its as simple as that. One fee, all your recruitment covered.
Grow allows clients flexibility in staffing but with a forecasted cost.
